With more than a decade of experience as a terrestrial ecologist, Stephanie has worked throughout New Zealand and internationally.

Her career has spanned environmental consultancies, non-government organisations, local government, and the Department of Conservation, giving her a broad understanding of ecological challenges across different sectors.

Stephanie provides practical ecological advice and management for projects of all scales, from residential developments to wind farms and large infrastructure projects. She is passionate about finding solutions that support both development outcomes and the protection of biodiversity.

Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Conservation Biology from Massey University and is certified by the Department of Conservation to handle native lizards and bats.
